“Our Process” is by no means a one-size-fits-all plan.
Every experience is “customized” and each step unfolds at different paces for different people. Generally speaking, our design and construction process will look something like this:
Step 1: Give Us a Call!
You will give us a call and we’ll run through the basics. I’ll get a brief overview of your dream home, your general expectations, and answer your initial questions to get a feel for what you are looking for. Most importantly, this is a good opportunity to schedule our first official in-person meeting.
Step 2: Initial Meet and Greet
At our first meeting, we will determine what type of house you are looking to build, the location and your desired amenities. We will use this information to get an idea on the price of your home.
Step 3: Pricing & Adjustments
At this meeting, I’ll give you an estimated price and make any changes necessary
Step 4: Sign the Contract
I’ll go over all of the details of your contract. You can ask any last-minute questions and then you’ll sign!
